Commemorative Widespread Panic Red Rocks Galleon Plaques- Artist Proof 4/4
Created to celebrate Widespread Panic’s remarkable 78th consecutive sold-out performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, this limited Artist Proof Galleon Plaque is a one of a kind, made to test the clay and finishes as we honor one of the most legendary runs in live music history.
Each Artist Proof has been hand-stamped and finished by renowned poster and t-shirt designer Jason Clements and Waldo Street Pottery Ceramicist and Home Team founder Eli Akins. Every plaque was then individually hand-embellished, ensuring that no two pieces are designed alike. Variations in surface, firing effects, and finishing marks are celebrated as part of the artistic process, making each plaque a unique original.
Forged from high-fire stoneware and reduction fired at Waldo Street Pottery, these commemorative Galleon plaques began as soft clay and were transformed through fire into enduring ceramic stoneware. Fired to maturity at 2,200°F, each piece becomes part of the Earth’s geological record, a lasting artifact created to withstand the passage of time. While ceramic is breakable, any fragments or sherds that remain will endure for millennia.
No editions are pre-selected and orders will be packed and shipped at random, making the plaque you receive a truly one-of-a-kind artifact commemorating this historic milestone.
A lasting tribute to the music, the community, and the enduring legacy of Widespread Panic at Red Rocks.
